Dr. Zeeshan Anwar, known to his patients and athletes as Dr. Z, is a board-certified podiatric physician and surgeon dedicated to personalized foot and ankle care. He is board-certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and a Fellow of the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine.
Dr. Z completed a sports medicine fellowship under Dr. James Losito at Barry University, a program recognized for its work with professional athletes. During his fellowship in 2019–2020, he served as team podiatrist for the Miami Heat, caring for athletes at the highest level of competition.
That experience shapes everything at Victory Sports Medicine. Dr. Z believes that caring for a professional athlete and caring for a weekend warrior require the same foundation: listening carefully, evaluating thoroughly, and building an individualized plan that fits the person in front of him, not a template.
